I Deserve More

Some things,you just can't let go.. It's not easy to let go and pretend you're okay with it..

Look at how we're spending our last days together, 

And think why we're spending it like hell,not heaven.. 

Some people, they mean the world to you,

But for them,you might be just one of a few..

Do I not deserve to be the 'one and only' ?

'Cuz I think I do,I've given my all just to keep you happy..

Is it wrong to ask just for that ?

To be your first and last preference..

Is it wrong to ask just for that ?

'Cuz I really would like to be more..

I'm behaving like this 'cuz I just need more..

I've spent..No! 'Wasted' too much of my life,

Just being upset thinking of our fights..

They say,"If a boy cries over a girl,

She must really mean something to him"..

Yes , You are..Not just something,But everything!

Each breath I take,everything I do,

I do it to make you happy..

Nobody means nothing,And if I'm off,

The reason might be you,Or just nothing ..

You say I'm overreacting ,

'Cuz my reactions are my emotions..

And my emotions are just too much for you to take

That you feel like I'm overreacting..

Even the scars on my arms,

Says how important you are for me.

Each scar tells the story of a fight,

A fight between you and me..

And there are 'many'.. Haha..You thought so right! 

Some things are clear as the clearest of waters,

I don't wanna be one of a few..

I wanna be Someone..

Someone who is important for you!

Tell me this now,Or never tell nothing more..

Do you still think I'm overreacting ?

Don't I deserve more than this ?

Sorry..I stay corrected!

I know I deserve more than this!

Deserved or not. I tell the kids. Swim and enjoy the days of love. They don't last. Love changes with time. I liked the poem. Love need the freedom to grow. Forced love shall die a quick death. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry. Made me think today.
