Why her?

Her long blonde

curls

to

my limp brown

mess.

Her athletic 

figure

My average 

self.

I know

It's an obvious choice.

No hesitation.

Cheerleader

or

Band Geek?

It's like

Nerd

or

Football Star?

Almost 

common sense.

I hate the way 

that it has us hooked,

society and 

it's expectations.

I want to rearrange it

Not so I always win but 

that I am at least considered

an option.
