Life is beautiful

a follow up to the poem YOU'VE GOT TO LOVE YOUR LIFE by PETER DUGGAN

Life is what we make it,

If we tend to make it black

All the way,

It is our own choice.

 

So sad for the people

Who only feel bitterness,

Who is discontented,

Who hates everything about life.

 

We should not regret,

If life had been unfair to us,

We always learn from mistakes,

And make us strong  in the end.

 

I see the beauty in life,

Despite the many pains

I appreciate the real me now

More than ever.
