I've Never

I've never actually cried at a picture of someone before

but when i saw that one i couldnt help thinking

how we were meant for so much more

& the longer i stared into those eyes

the deeper i sank into my denial

and though id never cried at a picture before

youve been my first for so many other things

so why not one more.
