A poem for my love

When your lips meet mine
I drown in the waves of desire
To share a thousand mmsnfs like his
Captured safely in your arms which hold me like towers
Protecting me from a Storm which tears the town apart.

When your lips touch mine
Lightening lights up a dull grey canvass
Exploding with a force so strong that it should divide us
But drives us closer
FIashes of metallic rays burn and etch the sky
But all I see is you
I can't take my eyes off you.

When your lips kiss mine
I realise why it never worked with anyone else
Why time doesn't matter
Why we drift apart and come together
And why I am saved by you
