Wretched Soul

Wretched Soul

A Poem by breakthebrokenone

The flowers that once blossomed
from deep within my soul
have been overrun with weeds
and the once nourishing soul
has become fractured and
ruined to the point of becoming
uninhibited
because nothing could ever grow
in such a wretched place
and if it could
it would be full of sinister things
that make it compulsive
beyond repentance.
