Yoga Morning

Tranquillity in this pose

When I breathe in and out

An energy travels into my space

Calmness caresses my face

 

Clarity is now my friend

I know that I am real

Each move I make, rewakes my blood

It tingles through my veins

 

This stretch gives me relief

The core is confidence

In this pose, I know who I am

I know what I can be

 

The calmness comes with knowing

Strength develops me

Flexibility reminds me how far I go

My temple cooperates with me.

It is a beautiful sound, thought and feeling. Very fitting in this poem, which flows with gentle movement just as yoga does. What a beautiful job you've done with this!
