The Chosen One

The Chosen One

A Poem by Ty

And he who comes with alabaster sheath,

spreading from it only the will of the Self,

shall spread a warmth that breaks the stains

carved by vile oxygen within millions of

spastic Diderot lungs.

And he shall pass through the palimpsest of his own vision

to find that all will go back

to how it was before he came

soon as he leaves.
