Inner Turmoil

Inner Turmoil

A Poem by ★ Aeryn Harmonica Truckfinn ★
"

meh... don't think this one is really up to standards but what the hay?

"

Deep inside,

Emotions swirl,

Without rhyme,

Lacking reason,

Unknown paths.

Painful events,

Happy memories,

Sad occasions,

Thankful prayers,

Angry words.

Mistrusting tears,

Crazy dreams,

Broken hearts,

Loving promises,

Utter confusion.

Inner Turmoil.

The circus of emotions and confusion. I'd say a definite description of Inner Turmoil.

I like this, I like how you leave it open to be relatable in so many different ways. A word might just leao from the page and be really real for someone, and everyone takes away something different. Well done :)

definitely the underlying feeling of inner turmoil...so many conflicting directions at once. suggestion would be to potentially flesh it out a bit more, as in add more description and length. love the direction. good luck.
