Mozzafiato Kalon

Mozzafiato Kalon

A Poem by gypsy.soul

Let me lay with you. my leg bent over yours
and my head on your chest,
my hand resting beside my face, fingers slowly grazing your skin.
Closing my eyes, I feel your lips gently touch the top of my head.
I listen to your heart beat, like one of those pretty songs
with the pianos, cellos, and drums,
all making a beautiful, mellifluous melody.
Your arm around me keep me safe from the world that seemed to blur away.
Your hand rests in my curve, fingers slowly rubbing my skin so elegantly.
& our eyes become heavier, our breathing becomes slower and slower.
I lift my head off your chest to look up at you, and you look down at me
as our lips proceed to meet and whisper "good-night".
"I love you baby", you speak softly.
A drowsy smile plays it's way across my lips.
"I love you too, my love. Forever and always."
Our eyes are too heavy to open, and our minds are quietly sleeping.
But our hearts are dancing together, joyfully to the same beat.
Your arms holding me tightly, pressing my skin to yours,
make me realize your arms are more of a home than a house could ever be.
And there we are, laying with each other,
falling into the deepest, most peaceful slumber,
continuously falling in love with each moment that passes by.

I believe that everyone has a voice. And I also believe that everyone's voice needs to be heard. YOUR ideas and YOUR words need to be heard by someone daily. You never know what people are going throu.. more..
