River of Pollution

A story poem about a river changing over time. What we are doing to the earth.

        

River of Pollution

River flows with the tinkling of bells

holding me in it's spell.

Time passes things fade and go away,

the river has turned grey.

Full of anger full of hate,

full of modern society and it frenzied gait.

Speeding along going too fast.

Ever moment leading closer to the worlds last.
