Carry me to a wordless world

On rippling currents of incandescence

Where music blossoms agelessly

Pulsing peace in every note

Upon the ocean’s cresting wildness

Rising on transcendent sunfire

Azure waters and azure waves

A thousand, thousand years of water

Let me rest in the ambiance of you

Luminous atmosphere of angels

There above that steep, rocky ridge

Reminiscing of a world ineffable

Inexpressible in wonder

Forever wordless.

Every line in this poem is so gentle, so endlessly lulling...you have crafted a beautiful world,
where the air would be rich with the sound of music, and the waves like molten gold under the brilliant sunshine. I take that by wordless you mean free from all arguments, and talks of war...a world as tranquil as a song...

Firstly, I was attracted to your profile picture because I adore owls; they remind me of my mother. "Wordless" is an experience we've all shared. I often do not know what to say when I'm extremely upset or angry. We all react in different ways whether we shut down or throw a tantrum. We choose how we react.

I love the softness; the imagery relaxes the reader into an escape. We all need that from time to time. I think that its human nature to constantly be in a rush. At work, your pace is never fast enough. There is always a speed higher. I find solace in your words; there is music there.

I learned the silence brings the earth to a stillness so living things can reflect. The only thing I don't like about silence is the creation of "bad thoughts." for instance, when your partner is angry with you for being quiet and asks you what is wrong when you simply need time to reflect. Your poetry has a way of calming you down. I can tell. :D

I do understand those voices that rise from the stillness. Pulling us down. I am an introvert, and so I dive inside myself for peace at times, which might appear as rudeness to others. Yes, times of reflection to bring you back to life. May it be. :)
