my sunrise skin...

A Poem by Craig Froman
"
On the waking edge of my sunrise skin...
"

When the night gently kisses the Morning

And her cheeks blush a smooth cherry red

I have felt her breathe a soft warm wind

On the waking edge of my sunrise skin

In these moments, her eyes dance bright blue

And she lets drop her dark, starlit sweater

Wrapping her bare arms with ashen clouds

Smiling at me with her coy, timid ruby lips

Tempting me to rise and play with her light

To see her new world just within my reach

I hear her laugh riding the whispering wind

And I play in her shadowless fragrant radiance

Until she lets her lips rest again softly on the Night...

You so deftly capture the essence of a morning and evening sky. A beauty to behold and it does truly heighten the sense of anticipation at the opening of each of her new portals and what they may bring. An elegantly dressed lady of the day with her one bright breath taking and blinding golden pendant and a temptress at night when she wears all her sparkling jewels. A beautiful and sensuous tribute to the skies morning and evening mood.
