I miss the color of your eyes

I miss the color of your eyes

A Poem by Craig Froman
"

Pondering the stirring alone of me...

"

I stand mystic on this auburn shore

Pondering the stirring alone of me

Waves fluttering like birds all astir …

Salt from the sea tastes of your skin

Zephyrs like your warm lips on my face

And gentle whispers voiced in my ear …

How I miss the color of your eyes

Same color as birthing skies at dawn

They melt me magic miles over miles …

Now you flitter come in daydreams

One day I’ll see the sails of your ship

As clouds roll on like the azure waves …

Drifting us mystic on this auburn shore…

This was indeed poetic and beautiful, shorter and to the point, which I love. Your word description is always magnificent and I can't help but to feel like I am on the auburn shore. Longing for the color of those eyes as well.

Ummm... you always know how to move your audience...

you moved me again.
Sweet sounds
of poetic lyrics
smooth over me
drip and soothe
my stirrings.
Memories of times
passed and to come!
Sweet sounds,
sweet touchings.
sweet love~

Stunning, heavy for you, it worked. Get me in the right mood, let's wait for the next overly dramatised teenage break up in my life say, and you might get a tear out of me. I recognise the place this was written from, even if its just a memory for us both at the moment. We'll all be stood on ‘auburn shores’ again though

Pondering the stirring alone of me - beautiful line btw.
