Lennon Incognito

Lennon Incognito

A Poem by Marie Harrison

A parody poem about John Lennon.

Lennon Incognito

Was is that bad John?

You’re looking like rather

White and sheepish!

Was the Beatle-mania bad enough

For you to resort to faking your own death?

Couldn’t you take your own advice

and just imagine?

Was Yoko Ono that hard to deal with?

Was her bare a*s that bad

To see day in and day out?

Why do you look so gloomy?

What’s with the black sheath outfit?

You think no one will recognize

You with your overgrown

Shaggy beard?

Lol. Even when you know the person's dead, there's still always room to think they faked it.
Michael Jackson definitely faked it.
Tupac faked it.
Biggie faked it with him.
Carrol O'Connor faked it.
John Ritter faked it (how I wish!).
They all did. It's the celebrity trend. You're nobody until you faked your death and made the whole world mourn your loss. :P
