Cradle Me With LoveA Poem by Marie HarrisonA love poem
Cradle Me With Love
Bathe me in the
pale moonlight,
With swabs of
your foamy love.
Wrap me in whisps
of airy gentleness,
Tenderly kiss away
the aches of my pain.
Restore my failing
sight blinded by the world,
To the clear, lucid and
perfect vision it once was.
Rock me like a sleeping
baby in its mother's arms,
In your teak crib of love
that you built
for me years ago.
Be my handsome
brave prince tonight.
