Angel's Winter Play

-Angel’s Winter Play-

Frosty white

Blue sky days

Winter magic might

Take flight faraway

Downy snowflakes ice

As angels blistery skate and play

White turtledoves coo

On and on as twilight falls

From lost to saved

Angel souls soar like kites

On this eternal winter’s day

How about sending those angels on over here to do some shoveling?

You chose a good font for this chilly winters poem, it warmed me and made me smile, for the rebirth of light

Although simple and a pleasure to read, this poem does seem to lack focus? Also, why does the writer regard this "winter's day" as "eternal"? Was that how she felt whilst writing, or is there some other meaning? Curiously, the writer says that "winter magic" may be taking place elsewhere "Take flight faraway". But, why? Surely, that is contradictory to the overall positive tone of the poem? Keep writing!
