The First and Last Politeness Rewards in Two Thousand Nine


Carl Johanssen set his first place trophy for most polite person of 2009 on the passenger seat, exited the parking structure on Beverly and approached Rampart.  Miles Gooding, along with the second place medallion, took the Rampart exit.  In recognition of the resulting traffic jam, the 2010 Politeness Awards were canceled.
