Can I Ask A Question?

Can I Ask A Question?

A Story by Chopstix
"

Non sequitors joined at the hip. This sort of story should be 'pun'ished.

"
“Can I ask a question?”

“You just did.”

“Can I ask another?”

“Taking liberties?”

“If I can ask one, why not ask another?”

“Should I say, ‘Take my wife,’ and you do, you can’t take another.”

“Only one wife; OK. Only one answer, too?”

“It’s about one versus another; leave my wife out of it.”

Awesome. Purely Awesome. Theres something about nano-fiction pieces. So small yet still able to be enjoyable.

Thank you. Nano fiction calls for a lot of compromise. The 55 word variety is a fun challenge.
