Sorry To Live It Down

Sorry To Live It Down

A Poem by Ink of Grandeur

I feel sorry for those.

I feel sorry for those who will live it down.

I feel sorry for those.

I feel sorry for those who can flourish

in their victory and then let it all go.

In their prime or prison, rain or shine,

The memory dies. The buck stops with you.

Theres nothing special in the seed of a memory gone.

to grow into oblivion the lessons learned and the voices heard.

'cause I can see right through the lie that you don't care,

and in reality theres only what you've seen,

and what you strive to be.

And I feel sorry for you
