Alone

I have always felt alone,

even in crowded rooms.

I feel alone,

even when I'm around my friends.

I'm alone,

even surrounded by my family.

I keep trying to figure out where it all went wrong,

but i've come to the conclusion that I was always sideways to begin with. 

I have no one,

yet I have everyone.

I don't expect you to understand,

because I myself don't understand.

I just want to understand.

Well it does feel that way. And the poem is written beautifully. But don't you think at the end of the day everybody is alone, all of us have to be. But when you are with friends or family instead of thinking that they don't know bout the lonely times you have spent, they don't know or feel you.
