Stanza ThirdA Poem by Serend1p1tyA tribute to a moment, to a feeling, to a person, to my God. An expression of a lot of feelings ending in stanza third. Inspired by Greg Laswell's "Not Out"

Life is dull; I ain't got no fun I wish to have your light No more the lonely night Memories only go so far Compared to touch, not on par Ask for anything You'll give In your name I live So Father ease my heart A love I don't wish to part She has my heart, my mind, my whole Completely in her control Dear girl, come back to me Life is tough, burdens run free I can't survive for long That's why I wrote this song But I can't write another word & so it ends on stanza third © 2010 Serend1p1ty |
