Lost in the Darkness
 
All the light I found vanished
In one flash of time,
All dreams whisked away
All my breath flew from within
Blasted into one great hollow
 
All is gone and lost
Without the one I trusted
Yes, even loved
It is all but loss
At the hands of an unknown
 
Dreams dashed into darkness
Life slips now away
For one careless thought
One careless moment
Should strip away all hope.
