MasqueradeA Story by The Invisible Girldecorated masks. Can't tell anyone apart It was like I was in another world I sat alone and soon decided to leave As I was leaving, I felt eyes on me I twirled around to see a mysterious guy watching me. Without any difficulty he pushed through the crowd to me He asked me to dance Who was this mysterious guy? "Who are you?" I whispered as we danced. It was like I was hypnotized just being near him I couldn't even breathe He didn't answer only his beautiful eyes smiled down at me. I felt drawn to them and I knew that after that night my heart will never be the same. I wanted to see what was behind the mask I just wanted to see his face. "What's your name?" Again he didn't replied he continued to dance with me. My dress twirling around me. and his protective hands around my waist Soon the music began to end It had to be magic because I didn't seem to notice anyone else in the room It was like it was meant to be He saved me from sitting alone just by saying five words "Will you dance with me?" With the last note of the song He drew me close... "Do I know you?" He's lips were close to mine Soon they were on mine What seemed to be forever, he pulled away and with a loud and clear voice he said, "Welcome to my masquerade."
