blood was just alive
quickened conversation

dogs wont stop barking now
traffic glued below the ground

blocks away...
girls in skirts still laughing
unaware of what just happened

I hurt for them.

I like the style and lie breaks, how it's straight forward but not obvious.

The sparse structure is stark and raw, giving power and emotional impact to the few words. Almost a 'minimalist' approach, but very well done!

Very moving... its quite sad how our world is becoming so vicious.. these things are happening all around us every day, every hour.. and right outside our own homes... sad poem but very real x
