A Poem by brianna vega

I used to find home in your smell
The touch of your hair
Your hands grasped in mine
Always pulling me in
Pushing away
So many days you with held your self from me
Left me sinking softly in the deep
Until I swam away
And here I am in this choppy ocean
Watching you rock on top the current
Staring into the deep calling my name
Singing against the slap of the water up the walls
I miss you
But I'm off to sing with the sirens
My last breathes leaving bubbles
As I settle upon the monsters on the ocean floor
