I know someone that is struggling, myself included, to find value in oneself.

Since you cannot see it for yourself;

the influence that you have in my life

--it is unmeasureable--

It is something that I must write down:

to prove to you,

to wittness,

to remind you,

By putting into words,

the beauty of your nature;

the exquisiteness of your intellect;

and the tenderness of your soul

as that is what attracts me to your being.

You are much more than what you credit.

You are more than the ghosts that haunt you.

You are more than the substances

that sooth you to sleep at night.

You are you.

It is enough.

Rest in the arms of the one that loves you!

Heal and be healed

your sun bleached soul

and parched spirit.
