Sometimes I feel like,
characters in books,
trying to live with them,
my character I choose,
you always live in happiness,
cause the ending,
can be changed by you,
you have the luck,
to change everything,
in the book,
I want to live with you.

I don't know. I would want to be a Hemingway. To be able to see real war and suffering. In a Hemingway novel. Few are angels and few are not touched by pain. A very good poem and question. A excellent poem. Thank you.

This is a great poem. Sometimes I also feel this way. Writing is the way that I escape reality and the harshness of the world in general. I guess out of my books I'd want to live with Simon from Always. The Woman out of the ruby necklace would be fun but living with her would mean you're dead so... lets go with Simon. :)

ah, the character i think i'd love to live with out of my books would be Vic. in my book he's a phoenix, and unlike my other favorite, brandon, he's not me. i live with me everyday all day. but vic is that strong, brooding, sarcastic, bitter, caring type that i'd get along with so well

I've had the privilege of living with (for very briefly, mind you) a book character ... someone I created a character for in a book I wrote. lol Imagine that, now would you! lol How unique is that?
