The Artist's smile

The Artist's smile

A Poem by Lord Da Crownsmeyer
"

A poem dedicated to my friend " Said Maroun "

"
How can I be myself again?
Tell me how can I survive?
When You smile in the rain,
When in the light, you thrive.

Does it bother you, tell me,
To look into your eyes and
Lose myself, my integrity
In your blue pool my friend?

How can I be myself again?
If everytime I see you, life
will get bigger than my brain?
Time will cut the steel of knife!

You are the sun in my room,
A young flower, yet to bloom,
And a river in a country side
Once seen, it's doomed to hide.

Your smile makes me sink;
Like a boat in a sea of dreams,
Like your shirt in a color pink.
Are they reality or few dreams?

Those questions, some of many;
Listen to them, read carefully!
When a heart speaks, all should
Stay in silence if they could!

When a heart speaks, wisedom,
Will come in your head and some,
May be blessed with love and peace,
Others will receive pain in piece.

Keep smiling and glittering,
My little artist and my king.
In your soul I found my heart,
And the pure essence of Art!
