A Dark Shadow

A colour of nothing,

a distant figure,

it makes me cry,

it makes me sing,

but I know its dangerous.

The closer I get,

the more pain I feel,

a story I once met,

to me, it was no deal.

I was just about there,

when I knelt down and cried,

no reason for it, 

no question about it. 

I felt silly after this day.
