Angel

Written for an angel that saved me and showed me how to live...but no matter how i try, she wont let me save her...she pushes away love, even though she doesn't want to...am so confused...she hurts pe

The times i wished...through my eyes you could see.
look at yourself, look through me.
shes the picture...of what standing before you would be.
One of Gods greatest creations...a rare gift from above.
made to fly with a purpose...his symbol of love.
Perfectly crafted...graciously shared.
each one unique...so perfect...so rare.
All meant to be cherished...for he makes no mistakes.
his flawless design...the care that it takes.
how can an angel...of such that i speak.
be broken and hurting...kneeling to weep.
I watch with such sadness...this angel suffer each day.
begging God to save her...please take it away.
I've tried all that i know...god take my life as her own.
give me her pain...please leave her alone.
i hurt so bad inside...cause i dont know what to do.
your the angel that saved me...why cant i save you

Written for the most beautiful person my heart has ever known...she took.drugs out of my life, showed me that life is what you give, but i cannot help her...she hates me for tryin..

Thank you anna. I really dont know what to do. She pushes love and care away. Her parents dont seem to know she exists...and its killing her. She literally made me change my life, so i could be there for her. I see her headed down the same path i took and it scares me that such a beautiful person would get lost like me...but, seems the more i fight for her happiness...the more it hurts her. She is just like a daughter to me...and an angel that came into my life at my darkest time, she brought me out of all the dark...and i just want to do the same. Am so confused. Her mom and dad are split, dads on drugs, mom too. Neither see that lil girl is dying inside but me...yet it seems im the only one she doesnt want to see it. It has caused me so much pain...because my chance has come and gone..but their is still hope for her.

Maybe she feels like she doesn't deserve to be saved...I used to feel the same way, but I gained hope through writing. Writing helped me because I realized how good I was with it. I'm sure she will come to her senses and listen to you. No one is ever truly alone. Keep helping her. Even if she doesn't want it. It sounds like you are all she has. Hope is still there.

I pray so...would kill me to see her lost like i was. Shes so much like me at that age that i can feel when shes hurting. And thats what scares me, i made my decisions in life based on who cares anyway...i plead with her to always stop and remember i do.

Numerous times. I tell her everything. I wrote her the poem and sent it to her with the pic. I hide nothing from her. She knows im ALWAYS there.

That's good. Show you are there, but do not smother her. That's the worst thing you could do to her since she's currently dealing with alot.
