It's been so very long

wandering in the background of your mind

seems like all that was is withering

and arguing with your self belief

I cant continue to love when you don't

seems like all i do is protest when you dont

oh all you do is inspire these words

which blister and burn til all is gone

You shake your head and stare ahead

like all you believed is wrecked again

I just want to feel again
