Sinset Till SinriseA Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)
As I sit and watch The sinsetting And the bright red sky Turn to bloody maroon, I prepare once again For the fight of my life With the discreet 666.
Its subliminal silence Is a stronger weapon Then any pitchfork or reaper. But by using my freedom of
expression As a shield I strike back With the greatest weapon A human possesses; Freewill.
I know that Killing the beast Will only increase his Power over me, So I use blind precision To open sacred scars Till its weakness bleeds out
enough, Draining the negative effects It tries to thrust in me.
Then once the sinrises I bask in the glow Of my spiritual gifts And integrity well done. © 2014 The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)Reviews
