"my crying plea..." "justice for juleah"

I am at my wits end, today, trying so hard to find a rehab center for my daughter, Juleah; as a step down program to help her to go from solitary confinement and jail to work her way back into civilization. It is such a cold hearted world we live in, I thank God, my Creator that the Judge found it in his heart to lesson her sentence by 6mths, but I am left with my hands tied, trying relentlessly to find a rehab that will allow her to stay on her bipolar medications, and being down in the south, she is in " the Bible belt," where they rely on faith based spirituality in the name of Jesus Christ, and no medications! My daughter needs her meds at this time, and if she were to be taken off of them, she would not do well and become manic, because those pills have to be taken away gradually by a licensed psychiatrist, and followed through with therapy. Juleah wrote me a five page letter stating why she feels rehabilitation would be good for her life. There is only one place that I found that would even consider taking her but it is doubtful, because of her early release date. That means Juleah will be subjected to getting released in March 20, 2015 without a place to go to live, whereas she will most likely end up homeless and back in jail or worse, Homelessness is against the law in many states, And to be mentally ill to begin with, you are at a place where the odds are against you. I want to see my daughter have this chance to get the help that she so desperately needs. I have written letters to the Judge, to the Governor of Georgia, to Nami of Gainsville Florida and Nami of Toledo Ohio, our home town. No one has returned my pleas for help, Finally, the Judge is trying to be helpful, though he has left it in my hands to find a safe place for Juleah to go to when she is released from Lowndes County Jail. If anyone who reads this note, is concerned and cares about my daughter's well being, please contact me here on facebook or at my email address, which is [email protected]. I have also written many letters, to television shows, such as Montel Williams, and Dr. Phil, to no avail. I prefer to get through to Dr. Phil if I have to write everyday and send out emails and snail mail, if anyone has any idea or information how to contact him please let me know. I am serious about this issue concerning my daughter Juleah May Coleman. I have also written and sent emails to the Whitehouse in Washington D.C. Still no one writes me back, and I am yet determined to help my daughter to help her to save her own life. Juleah is a beautiful woman with a heart of gold, whom has been beaten, battered and abuse by our justice system. Please someone help me to get this letter to go through to the Dr. Phil Show, I know he can help her, she wrote a sad but beautifully written letter to be sent to rehab of the reasons why she feels rehab would benefit her. I am going to send them to rehab facilities across the country in hope that someone will reach out and help us. I am Juleah's sole advocate, and I will not give up hope, and I will not stop in my search
