Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

A Poem by Deborah Leah Krempa

Happy New Year 2008

I was crying inside

I was so irate

My son had died

In 2007

A drunk driving accident was his fate

As the angel's awaited him in heaven

Happy New Year 2009

Well the drunk driver who killed him

Is now doing time

He was sentenced to ten years in prison

For his crime

Tears they fall from my eyes

Drunk driving is still on the rise

Happy New Year 2009

I just want to say

Drive safely this year

Don't drink and drive

Use a designated driver

Or call a taxicab

Happy New Year 2009

So very sorry, Last year I alomost lost my two nieces in a bad accident the day after new year, One was pronounced dead but somehow she was saved. I am so sorry for the loss. Special prayers are for you tonight and through the holidays.
