I'm leaving now Goodbye, Oh and I'm taking my memories with me... Correction all of the good ones. You always said I was a bad person, but I am a good enough person to forgive you but yet not stupid enough to trust you again. But I will always be here for you unlike you were for me if something is wrong I will try to help, or if you need to talk. If you need a shoulder to cry on I'll be here. We are finally over you made my life horrible but now I'm free. Goodbye for now.

tbh i cried when i just read this because i just went through somehting like this i gave 100 percent to a person i liked and she just kept messing with other men while we talking an it lead me to believe she wanted to bang then leave

I like your word choice. However, there are a few thing I would like to say, such as punctuation errors, and structure to make this even better.
After this line you need a comma, "But I will always be here for you unlike you were for me,"
And here, " If you need a shoulder to cry on ," comma there.
As well as one here, "We are finally over (comma here) you made my life horrible (comma) but now I'm free."
Also try to put this poem into several stanzas, the effect will be better that way.
