Russia's lower "parliament" (Putin's goons) recently passed anti gay legislation. It'll breeze through upper parliament and KGB Vlad is sure to sign it. All joking aside that's some scary, evil s**t.

He's the Prime Minister of Russia. He'd reversed many of Russia's political reforms and rules more as a dictator, strong man than a prime minister
