Hey Paula!! Shut Your Pie Hole!!!

Hey Paula!! Shut Your Pie Hole!!!

A Poem by Baby Ricochet
"

The Paula Deen S**t Storm

"

Paula shot off her old south mouth

The liberals went berserk

PC media pulled her plug

over her verbal quirk

All she wanted was Bo Jangles

at her brother's wedding

Blacks in tuxes serving her guests

Old South she was heading

She admitted to the N word

like any southern belle

from her old school generation

so now she'll burn in hell

Product lines dropped everywhere

Her name dragged in the mud

The press worked into a frenzy

howling for Paula's blood

Lets get that redneck racist b***h

She heads the Klu Klux Clan

She's a Nazi Sympathizer

She's an agent for Iran

She makes cup cakes from bacon fat

She deep fries Christmas cakes

Her Cookware causes brain tumors

Lets burn her at the stake

Paula tried to apologize

PC wouldn't have it

She's a no good cracker racist

We all heard her say it

PC's a wicked kind of beast

Quick to condemn taboos

and admitting to the N word

a sin it can't excuse

America's brutal racist past

Was mired in Paula's youth

The dumbest thing that woman did

was Paula told the truth

This is awesome, and so true. I use that word all the time so does my family and my boyfriend. there is nothing wrong with that word. but people did take it too far anyway. everyone has used a racial slur at some point in there life.

Thanks for stopping by ginger
Awsome, awesome, awesome. I think its great that you've taken such a hyped up trivial issue and made a poetic political statement. The last line is brilliant!

wonderful How many times have we said what we regret later. When you are a public figure you need a lawyer to write your scripts that would give a dogs a*s heartburn.

Amen, wonderfully said. I can't believe all of the hype when so many people still say it on the streets today and don't even talk about all of the crap rap that has it in the lyrics as well as so many other derogatory comments.

I don't think anyone should be fired for saying anything! Now, that's just me. Is she racist? idk. If she is i don't like it, but if she wasn't fired back when it happened she definitely shouldn't have been now. America's too sensitive now a days, that's why i like reading your stuff, because is real and unapologetic.

Brilliant piece of litarture that brings up the fact that we have all gone pc crazy and puts it in a very vivd light, a way that cannot be ignored. So much power given to single words via way of condemming people to live lives as criminals for merely picking wrong sounds.

Good insight. Thank you ama may.
And this my friend, is why words are powerful. Too powerful for the humans that created them. I think if we were all mute, this world would be a lot more peaceful. Then again, I'd be out of a job and we'd probably master hatred with our eyes.

Anyway, I don't know what I'm talking about. I'm shitfaced. Goodnight.

Lol. Goodnight Saratoga
I honestly don't see what the big deal is with her saying the n word. I'm almost positive even the reporters talking about the Paula Dean bullshit have said it. But anyways this was very funny and witty. Thanks for sharing.

This is a witty poem. Being a black woman the N word is always a loaded topic for me. I would like to say that the word does not have the power to evoke the deepest hatred in people, but I'm afraid it still does. I would like to say I'm above hating Paula for using such a word - I dont believe she "told the truth" I believe she speaks from place of ignorance instead. The only truth she speaks of is the truth of how she was brought up. For me, I wish people (all people) would just stop using the word all together whether white or black. A word has power; language has power - the power to control thought. That is what words and language are for - communication, control, and recording of thoughts. When we try to be politically correct we are supposed to be trying to elevate our words/language to elevate thought and thus improve our reality and relations with others - and thus speed up the evolution of the human race. I do not believe language should remain the same / static - it needs to evolve as the culture evolves. New words/worlds are created and old words/worlds die.

Amen, brother...but she went all gay-bash, too, and kimmer won't tolerate that s**t ;-) Honestly? I have never liked her...it's her voice...my god in heaven that f*****g voice...(which is strange coming from a woman who laughs exactly like Fran Drescher xD) I really liked the rhymes and the flow. Great job.
