Anointed and Called

You have been chosen
You have been called
Before the beginning of time
Our heavenly father knew us all

You have been called out
He’s called you out by name
You were anointed with a purpose
To snatch souls from the enemy for the kingdoms’ gain

He knew the time we’d be born
The month, the day and year
He also knew
The life that we would come to live

Everything was planned out just right
According to his purpose and in His time
Before creation was even made
He had us all in his mind

So everything we’ve gone through
It Is in no way in vain
Because what the Lord did on Calvary
Made everything change

We are no longer the people we used to be
God made us righteous through his precious seed
So that I am exactly
the person
That He has destined me to be

I don’t have to worry about who I am and not
I’m precisely at the exact place I’m meant to be
Because It’s not by my works but his alone
And It’s because of him that I’ve been set free


I used to be frustrated
Cause it seemed like I was the same ol’ me
But old things have passed away
And I just have to believe until I see

Through his son’s death, burial and resurrection
I am a brand new creation
He made me abundantly victorious
That I may bless other nations

There’s been a call on your life
& There are two fighting for you
But don’t be in fear
It’s been taken care of for you

The first one loved you so much
He sent his son to die
The other hates you just the same
And He wants your soul to fry

To whom will you surrender?
Who will you listen to?
What will decide to believe?
& What will you choose to do?

You can aid in God’s conquest
Or you can decide not to bother
But There is no neutral ground
You either helping or hurting the other

Someone told me once ’I have nothing to offer’
So I didn’t want to speak
But I know now That was a lie from Satan
That I had come to believe

But ol’ Satan can’t stop
what God has already done
I have to align my spirit, soul, and body
Cause victory is already won

Because His spirit that is in me
It is greater than all things
The only thing that can hinder me
Is what I choose to let myself believe

My flesh was corrupt and couldn’t be changed
But God did the modification in my spirit
The devil can’t take it cause he didn’t give it
I am made in my father’s image

Because of him I have power, anointing and victory
He gave me everything that I would need
And He put it on the inside of me
So I must choose to believe until I see

God takes our past that was meant for bad
And He uses it to strengthen us and makes it good
So when the devil thinks he has us
It doesn’t turn out the way he figured it would

Don’t worry about what you’ve done
Don’t let it hinder who you are
God created you beautiful
You are his precious star

His’ Will will be done
Because he’s a Sovereign God
He’s creator of all things
Nothing made by him was flawed

God’s foolishness
is wiser than the wisest of all who contend
God’s weakness (if there’s any)
is stronger than the strongest of men

You are the temple of the Lord
He has housed himself in you
Don’t hide yourself
You were consecrated for His use

You are his precious vessel
Made holy through the Christ
He’s picked you up and cleaned you
And made you just the right spice

You’re not just a survivor
He created more for you
Like his son overcame
You’re an overcomer too.

You are a living stone
fitly framed, shaped , and formed
But you are in the hands of God
Being molded to conform

You’re the salt of the earth
Child of the most high
You’ve been called out to serve
Not just to stand by

It was not for yourself that you were born and saved
You were created to minister to someone’s life
That’s your worship and service to God
To Show your passion for the Christ

He call you out by name
Daughters of Zion
He’s given you His power
To be bold as a lion

Walk in His wisdom
Cry out for his salvations
Speak of His victories
& inquire of His revelations
