Voices

Voices

A Poem by Daniel Amicucci

She couldn't take it anymore. The voices hurt. They tore at her soul. Her screams and sobs echoed off the walls back at her only worsening the pain. The girl had left her alone back when the voices first started. She promised to help her,to protect her, keep the voices away. But then she left. Now as I cry out for her she doesn't return. I lay on my side and sob silently as my life ebbs away....

haha thanks Allen and the reason I don't fix them is because I'm not very good with grammar so I don't notice all of them. Sorry.

I've read several of your writes...trying to figure you out...couple of things devarshi..Believe it or not there are not a ton of grammatical issues, but if there were...why not fix them before posting? Why ask us to ignore them?
I actually like what you have to say and your unique way of presenting it...Not sure if I would classify it as poetry...seems more like prose, but not important what we call it...it's the story you're telling that Impresses me.
Nice work dvarshi

Its really good. Very descriptive. But what i love the most about it is how there isn't too much detail and not too little. Just right!
