Crash, burn, break

Crash, burn, break

A Poem by diaphanous

Why am I so afraid?
to voice what was never said.
but my debt has been paid
no point in resurrecting the dead.
You forgot me long ago
I should forget you too.
But the guilt lingers in my mind.
My cruelty when you were so kind.
Between you and me,
I never deserved your love.
I'm thankful you're finally free
ignorant of what I've done.
