The Bee

The Bee

A Poem by Audrey Howitt
"

A dog, a bee!

"
Ambitious bee, you flit by my dog's mouth,
Unaware of her hunger for you.
Carnivore that she is,
She will snap you up.
And you will sting her in the last throes of life
As it leaves you.

This is so descriptive of the event! :) Trading traumas. I'm not sure who to feel sorry for in your poem. :) I really like this :)

Neat--somewhat ominous--little ditty. Japanese flavor.
