Blank Days A Week

Blank Days A Week

A Poem by Carly
"

This poem is about bad choices and what will still happen even if you make them because... we all make bad choices in our life. I do more then half of this stuff... be honest, don't you?

"

Eight days a week your on your computer or texting on your phone or watching t.v.

Eight days a week you eat your heart out because you think it will solve your problems.

Eight days a week you cry yourself to sleep.

Eight days a week you swear and cuss at your parents, who gave you life.

Eight days a week you pray for YOUR selfish needs.

Right?

But zero days a week you pray for others.

Zero days a week your thankful for what you have.

Zero days a week you thank God or go to church.

Zero days a week you apologize without force.

Zero days a week you go without swearing.

Zero days a week you read the bible.

Right?

But nine days a week God is watching you.

Nine days a week your parents love you.

Nine days a week the sun shines.

Nine days a week God loves you.

Nine days a week, SOMEONE loves you.

Right?
