A Chapter by Debbie Barry

Written in 8th grade, a poem about the moon.

Moon

Our sister kind,
Our sister good,
She turns to silver
All the woods.

Our sister fair,
Our sister caring,
She makes us calm
By her glory sharing.
Our beautiful sister,
Princess of night,
Her bewitching power
Helps us our lives right.

Did you repost this after seeing Genocides mum's pics?
