A new nursery rhyme, based on the fishing culture of Cornwall. This was inspired by an episode of Rick Steves: The Best of Europe.

When is a pilchard no pilchard?

When it be a sardine, ‘tis true;

Sardine or pilchard, we catch ‘em:

They feed us the whole winter through!
