Faded

thoughts..

The overwhelming weight of eternity sits

on my shoulders.

A faint hum of loneliness buzzes through my veins.

I feel faded, monotone, grey.

I don't have the power that other people

emit in the heat of love and passion.

My vision swims in and out of focus;

trying to make sense of my simple,

yet crazy life. 

There's a voice inside of my head.

It stirs up my doubts and tears at the

edges of the safe familiarity I've 

carved out for myself.
