Where Do I Really Belong

The memories of our first days
and all that have followed
are forever etched in my heart
yet now there is such sorrow

I am back where
I really don't belong
A place where this heart
sings a lonesome song

My soul tortures with worry
My heart aches with pain
When I can not reach you
my thoughts go insane

You are my heart's every beat
You are my mind's every thought
You are the love
I have for a life time sought

How can I make you see
How can I make you feel
The love I have for you
is the only thing that's real

I pray that the day
and that it wont be long
When I can finally know
where do I really belong

Oh Sweetie, if only you hadn't had to live this pain! The saddest thing to me, is that all of the beautiful writes that came from your heart during this period of your life was not seen or appreciated by the person that was intended to read ... and by his choice! What an honor he threw away willingly. A difference to him? Perhaps. But as we have talked so many times before, we as people can only be whom we are. The man you first fell in love with, beautiful indeed. The man that tore your heart to shreads and realished in doing it, will one day have to pay for his actions. Some of your most beautiful work came during this period of your life. I am just so sad that beautiful or not the heartbreak was/is so real.

We always remember the sorrow of days past, but you my friend will undoubtably go on. Sincere words again, with excellent verse.
Tonight, things could be worse.....you could be in Ireland suffering from frostbite!! Chin up Donna.......
