Broken Home

Broken Home

A Poem by D Poet K
"

A hidden secret shunned from your heart.

"

I cried last night for the new generation

The babies that died for their mistakes just

Bring water to my teardocs and I can't stand to see

Babies having babies at only thirteen

Only to flush them in the toilet and stuff their face

To try and stop them from crying

It makes my heart race.

They didn't choose to come into a world so cold

They didn't choose to be a story never told

A hidden secret shunned from your heart

A poor little child who needed a mothers arms.

Yet the mother was a child herself

How could she take care of a baby of her own?

Another sad story, kept secret in a broken home.

Every teenage girl should read this. It's horrible that girls get pregnant at a early age and don't take care of the kids. I hate walking through the halls at school and seeing many pregnant girls.
