Secrets

Secrets

A Poem by dreaming dame
"

I decide to help the X-Queen from Poethecrow's series of poems about the world of Sunday.

"

The X-King is dead,

X-Queen's lonley.

Hears his plea,

Her heart,

 black to red

from her did part.

Away, to his tomb

Her thoughts, consumed

by what-ifs and whys,

His truths; her lies,

She's haunted.

Taunted by her tainted love.

A lonely morning the queen

is visited by four beauties unseen.

Winter's seductive mistress,

the adoring and lovely lady of Spring,

Summer's exciting and curvacious

and Autumn's tranquil beauty.

these four felt it their duty

to tell the queen:

''Love defeats death.''

And left.

The X-Queen's tears

drowned every one of her fears.

All's left is lost love.

But every storm has a rainbow.

Slowly life began to grow.

'Though still our Queen dwelt in sorrow.

'Till one day...

An army approached.

The leader, such a handsome creature.

As distance fled

She stood in shock filled awe.

Stopping his army,

He gallantly stepped down,

smiled and whispered in her ear,

"I have a secret."

Trembling, the X-Queen bowed,

"Your Highness, a secret?"

Eyes twinkling, he smiled,

revealing a tooth golden.

"Indeed, my lady Queen.

I was but a pirate,

until this lovely X-Queen I met,

Stole my heart, caging my freedom."

Her stubborn chin lifted,

Ruby lips pouting,

"A pirate indeed.

That'd be the last we need."

A sigh, defenses fled.

"A thief; after my heart and head."

A question then asked on one knee,

to join him; to reign the sea.

Where their hearts will ever be free,

together and forever for eternity.

The exciting and curvacious Summer,

then rose; as asked by her dear friend,

rose as the new X-Queen.

To rule the land of Sunday,

Where come all what may;

to the land of peace and love,

to live until THE END.

Okay. I'm finally done! :) And I am pleased with how it turned out. I am happy for any criticism, and thank you for reading. Poe, I truly hope you like your ending. :) If not, go change the ending yourself. :P

Thanks FF. -.- tsk tsk. Lol, so my endings are a little bloody and unfair. I just think it's so cool that you're writing your own last poem to my series, DD! I'm really liking it so far, but next time I read it I want it to be done! :) So send me a read request when you are. Love you!

Lonley should be lonely:) It is slightly confusing, I read it twice to understand but that might be cuz my mind isn't exactly empty but you forgot to mention that this goes after poe the crow's later writings:) But I definitly like this ending more then the other one!:):)
