There Once Was A Boy

There once was a boy,

With a determined heart,

And was filled with joy,

He thought he could conquer the world;

But along came the girl,

She was funny and sweet,

And beautiful like a pearl,

And in the boy grew love;

But he tripped up,

And she didnt feel the same,

So he sat there with his empty cup,

Bleeding from his wound;

There once was a boy,

And in his heart,

There was very little joy,

He thought he could conquer the world,

But he couldnt even overcome himself;
